What a deep clean covers
- All surfaces in the rooms in scope.
- Inside appliances and cabinets.
- Bathrooms, top to bottom.
- Carpet is handled as the home needs, decided at the walkthrough.

- Scrubbing walls, floors and baseboards is priced as an add-on.
- Disinfecting of the areas in scope.
- Deodorizing for lingering odors after removal.

By the level of the home and the overall effort, set at your walkthrough. Never an hourly rate, so you know the price before we start.
What is not included
We do not handle biohazard. Sewage, bodily fluids, heavy mold and similar conditions are handed to a partnered or referred specialist first. See Level 4 and 5 homes.
