Effective October 2026. Families trust us with sensitive information. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Who we are
Haven Hoarding is a trade name of Bull Run Hauling LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. In this policy, "we" means Haven Hoarding and Bull Run Hauling LLC.
What we collect
- Information you send us through our forms, by phone, text or email: your name, phone, email, the home's location, photos you text us, and whatever you choose to tell us about the situation.
- Job information such as photos and notes taken during walkthroughs and work, used to scope, price and document the job.
- Website usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and whether a form was sent or a phone link was tapped. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, provide and document our services, send invoices, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Text messages
If you choose text, we text you only about your enquiry and job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing.
Photos of homes
Photos of a home are used for scoping and job records. We never publish photos of a home or anyone in it without the written permission of the person who authorized the job, and published photos are edited to remove addresses, faces and personal items.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run our business: Web3Forms to deliver form messages to our inbox, our phone and email providers, our scheduling and invoicing software, and Google Analytics. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and insurance purposes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete enquiry information at any time if we have not done work for you.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@havenhoarding.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
