Level 4 and 5 homes, and biohazard

What we do and do not do

We do not handle biohazard ourselves. Sewage, bodily fluids, heavy mold, heavy animal waste and similar conditions are handed to a partnered or referred specialist. Once those areas are safe, we sort, clear and clean the home as agreed.

How a severe job runs

1. Walkthrough and safety check. We assess the home and flag anything that needs a specialist first.
2. Specialist phase. The partnered or referred specialist handles the biohazard areas under their own scope.
3. Sort and clear. We sort with your family and clear the rest of the home.
4. Clean and verify. Optional deep clean, then a final walkthrough against the written scope.

Animals in the home

We do not remove or rehome animals. Local animal services handle them first. Once the animals are safe, we coordinate the rest of the job.

Cost

Level 4 homes typically run $10,000 to $20,000 and are multi-day. Level 5 homes start around $20,000, and the specialist's work is priced under their own scope. See the Cost Guide.
